Specifically targeted to meet the needs of managers and training managers, this highly interactive session will help participants to maximize the effectiveness of their limited training resources.

Acting as a consultant, rather than magician, managers who analyze performance problems can show supervisors when and how supervision, not training, is a more appropriate solution.
EVALUATING TRAINING & MEASURING RETURN ON INVESTMENT (ROI)

This model takes the sometimes overwhelming chore of curriculum development and breaks it down into workable tasks. In addition to making development manageable, it allows the developer to ensure no aspect or detail has been overlooked.

(2 hours)

The role of the facilitator involves assisting the group with content as well as process. When, for various reasons, group members hinder the process, it is crucial that the facilitator implement effective ways of completing the group's mission.
TIPS FOR FACILITATORS OF ADULT LEARNING
(1 day)

Subject matter experts are often called upon to share their knowledge with others. S/he may or may not possess instructor skills. This workshop, through modeling facilitative training, assists SME's in becoming more effective at transferring their knowledge by acquiring skills as a facilitator.
